Its erect plant structure, combined with medium-sized leaves and fewer branches, supports close-spacing sowing and efficient land utilization. Early pod formation starts within 30–35 days, helping ensure uniform crop growth and better productivity.
This variety produces small pods with two medium-sized seeds per pod and delivers an oil content of 47–48%, offering good quality output for oil extraction. TAG – 24 also shows lower incidence of fungal diseases, helping farmers maintain healthier crops and achieve more stable yields under varying field conditions.
