Description

GG 35 (SORATH GOLD) is a high-yielding groundnut variety with an erect growth habit, suitable for both Kharif and summer cultivation. It matures within 100–105 days and performs best at a spacing of 45 × 15 cm, with a recommended seed rate of 100–110 kg per hectare. Released in 2021, this variety is well-suited for medium-irrigation regions and delivers strong field performance.

With an average yield of 25–30 mann per bigha, GG 35 (SORATH GOLD) offers excellent productivity along with a shelling percentage of around 72% and oil content of 49.50%. The variety has a 100-seed weight of 43 grams and shows good tolerance against major diseases such as Leaf Spot (Tikka), Rust (Gero), and Wilt (Sukaro), ensuring healthier crops and reliable returns for farmers.
